Director Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director Food & Beverage leads all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service operations for the property. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures guest satisfaction, employee engagement and financial performance meet or exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control budgets for all Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining cost‑management indices.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of kitchens, restaurants, bars and room service, ensuring compliance with food safety laws and brand standards.
• Lead, coach and schedule the Food & Beverage team, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Drive exceptional customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns and fostering a service‑focused culture.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives, set clear performance expectations and recognize achievements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and achieve financial goals.
