Enterprise Recruitment Representative

About the role

ApplyBoard connects international students, student advisors and educational institutions on a personalized platform. This role supports the day-to-day needs of institution partners, drives targeted enrollment growth and improves partner satisfaction. You will run recruitment strategies, help with conversion initiatives and act as a liaison between partners and ApplyBoard's internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Help partners implement recruitment strategies to meet their enrollment goals
• Promote the platform and services to potential partners and strengthen their understanding of the brand
• Lead partner sign-up initiatives and identify new business through cold calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
• Take part in education fairs and give presentations to agents and prospective students
• Visit 5-8 partners each day, train them on processes, top schools/programs and admission requirements, and encourage adoption of premium services
• Act as a contact point for institutional stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to solve operational issues
• Maintain accurate records of partner activity and performance in the CRM
• Hold regular check-ins with partners' international recruitment and admissions teams
• Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with partners and the sales team

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment, preferably in the education sector
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes in differentiated institutions
• Extensive travel, 15-20 working days per month
