Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure and customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential market opportunities and define a new product or vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Set product vision, strategy and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, build and lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action.
• Strong problem‑solving and commercial intuition.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Analytical, data‑driven decision maker.
• Passion for AI and building products people love.
• Previous startup experience (founder, early employee, product leader, operator or investor) is a plus.
