About the role

Join Le Méridien in Oran as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering a clean, welcoming environment that enhances every guest’s stay. You will work in a dynamic hotel setting, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of comfort and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock cleaning carts and supply rooms, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication with guests and team members.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to hotel policies.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
