Finance Cluster Director

About the role

The Finance Cluster Director acts as the strategic financial leader for a group of properties within a market. Reporting to senior management, the role is responsible for delivering financial results, shaping budgetary strategy, and supporting brand initiatives across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual operating budget for all properties in the cluster.
• Produce accurate financial forecasts and monitor actual performance against targets.
• Identify cost‑saving and productivity opportunities and present analytical support during budget reviews.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams, ensuring compliance with internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
• Collaborate with Operations and Revenue Managers to design effective revenue‑management strategies.
• Drive strategic planning, decision‑making, and new business opportunity analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (no experience required).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
