Founding Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

About the role

Asomatik, a workflow automation platform targeting emerging markets, is seeking a founding Chief Marketing Officer to shape its go‑to‑market strategy, build the brand, and drive sustainable growth. This senior leadership position will work closely with the founders to accelerate user acquisition and revenue while establishing a high‑performing marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Asomatik’s overall marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead customer acquisition across organic and paid channels, including demand generation and lead nurturing.
• Define brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity.
• Oversee content creation, social media, partnership programs, and product launch communications.
• Collaborate with the founding team to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue targets.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale the marketing team as the company grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing for a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth strategies.
• Background in product marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial attitude.
