Full Stack Engineer – Node.js & React

About the role

Yassir is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its fast‑growing engineering team. You will work on both client‑side and server‑side components, building user‑friendly interfaces and robust backend services that power on‑demand and financial products across the Maghreb region and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using Node.js (NestJS) and React.
• Collaborate with product, design and other engineering teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality and responsiveness through testing and monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs and optimise code for scalability.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas on architecture, algorithms and product improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience with Node.js and React.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and micro‑service architectures.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
