Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. As an independent contractor you will own the paid‑search strategy, building, scaling and optimising campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximising ROAS and lowering CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bidding strategies and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Produce data‑driven performance reports on KPIs, traffic and revenue for the wider team.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to maximise ROI across multiple client accounts or internal projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable optimisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven effectiveness in a remote work environment.
