Graphic Designer – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join the Sales & Marketing team at Holiday Inn Algiers – Cheraga Tower. You will craft visual content that enhances the hotel’s brand across digital and print channels, and support multimedia production to showcase our facilities and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for both digital platforms and printed collateral.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, promotional campaigns and hotel events.
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to IHG brand guidelines.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of the hotel, events and guest experiences.
• Edit photos and produce short‑form video content, including reels, for online distribution.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Photography and videography.
• Photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
