Healthcare Nutrition Solution Manager - Setif

About the role

Danone MENA is looking for a Healthcare Nutrition Solution Manager to join its team in Setif, Algeria. The role manages a team of Medical Representatives, contributes to the country's medical strategy and ensures the execution and measurement of the nutrition action plan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Medical Representatives: coach and develop them through field visits and team meetings, follow up on activity indicators, and take part in recruitment.
• Train representatives on role expertise, product knowledge, activity follow-up and compliance with procedures, and evaluate development plans and set individual objectives aligned with the medical strategy.
• Contribute to the country medical strategy, build and propose the nutrition action plan (maternity listings, EPU, PR, congresses, targeting, effort rate), and guarantee its execution and effectiveness through KPI follow-up.
• Plan and monitor the local nutrition budget to optimise country profitability.
• Plan the team's activity according to priorities, coordinate medical materials and samples, and share information on medical activities, strategy and best practices across country and headquarters teams.

Required profile

• Scientific educational background.
• 4-5 years of experience in medical detailing across city and hospital channels.
• Experience in managing a medical team.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French.

• Business and strategy driver: turning market and consumer insights into business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of medical mix development and project management.
• Ability to measure and monitor department performance, including KPIs, gaps and action plans.
