About the role

Join Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program in Algiers and gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations. As an intern you will be immersed in the day‑to‑day activities of a leading hospitality brand, learning how each department contributes to delivering “Wonderful Hospitality. Always.”

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple hotel areas such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and sales to understand core operations.
• Assist staff with daily tasks, guest services, and administrative support.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop industry knowledge.
• Contribute ideas for service improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Current college or university student pursuing a degree related to hospitality, tourism, business, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in a career in the travel and hotel industry.
• Ability to work full‑time for the duration of the internship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
