HR Country Manager (m/f/d) – Algeria

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, structured and people‑oriented HR Business Partner to support our Algerian workforce. This hybrid position blends strategic HR advisory with operational duties, including payroll preparation and recruitment support, while collaborating closely with local management, international HR teams and external payroll providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees.
• Advise on Algerian labour law, employee relations, organizational changes and HR policies.
• Support talent management, performance reviews and learning initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance and implement HR programs effectively.
• Collect, validate and prepare payroll‑relevant data.
• Serve as the main contact for external payroll service providers in Algeria.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data integrity in HR systems.
• Assist with audits, reporting and documentation.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with international Talent Acquisition teams.
