Human Resources Specialist – Full-time (On-site)

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will join Vitrin Clinic’s Algiers office to manage the complete employee lifecycle. Working on‑site in Burj Al Kifan, you will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits, attendance tracking and performance management in a fast‑paced dental and cosmetic clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes and employee communications.
• Track attendance, leave requests and support payroll processing.
• Assist line managers with performance reviews and employee relations issues.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve workplace concerns confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in day‑to‑day HR operations, preferably in a clinical or service environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
