Hybrid YouTube Content & Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Hybrid YouTube Content & Production Manager to coordinate and scale multiple YouTube channels for a major French media company. The role blends creative content strategy with rigorous project management, operating remotely while staying within a 1–2 hour time difference from Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between the post‑production team and editors, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Review video deliveries, provide precise feedback, and maintain elite quality standards.
• Audit the back‑catalog to identify high‑potential videos for long‑form repurposing and Shorts creation.
• Manage end‑to‑end scheduling, optimization, and publishing of long‑form videos and vertical Shorts in YouTube Studio.
• Maintain and update the master content calendar and production pipelines using Monday.com.
• Collaborate daily with the lead Project Manager on content ideation, thumbnail strategy, and title packaging.

Required profile

• Native or fully fluent French.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube publishing ecosystems and best practices.
• Proven experience managing YouTube channels.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a track record of handling multiple creative deadlines.
• Experience coordinating creative teams such as video editors and graphic designers.
