Hydra Driver – Galvanizing Section Supervisor

About the role

The Hydra Driver will lead the galvanizing section of our plant, ensuring smooth operation, high‑quality output, and safe working conditions. You will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and guaranteeing that all processes meet established specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire galvanizing section, including daily plant operation.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of operators and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain plant equipment and machinery to prevent downtime.
• Ensure all activities comply with standard specifications, quality procedures, and safety regulations.
• Document production data and implement cost‑saving measures where possible.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
• 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a galvanizing or similar industrial environment.
