Hydra Driver – Galvanizing Section Supervisor

About the role

The Hydra Driver will lead the galvanizing section of our plant, ensuring smooth operation, high‑quality output, and strict adherence to safety standards. This position combines hands‑on plant management with team leadership to deliver reliable hot‑dip coating services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete operation of the galvanizing line, including start‑up, shutdown, and routine production runs.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of operators and maintenance staff.
• Maintain plant equipment and machinery to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all processes meet defined specifications, quality procedures, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Document production data, maintenance activities, and quality checks.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while preserving product integrity.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
• 2 to 5 years of experience supervising a galvanizing or similar industrial operation.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a manufacturing environment.
