Informaticien Helpdesk

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Helpdesk IT Specialist to join INTELLISOLUTIONS in Birkhadem. The candidate will provide on‑site technical support for internal training sessions and external client installations, ensuring smooth operation of all IT equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and configure PCs for training, installing required software and verifying functionality.
• Deploy hardware on‑site and deliver continuous technical assistance during training sessions.
• Maintain the overall health of the company’s IT fleet, including laptops, workstations and smartphones.
• Manage software and hardware inventory, track license assets and procure components when needed.
• Analyze feasibility of non‑catalogued products and propose solutions.
• Administer partner platforms and support external clients by installing licenses and handling support tickets.

Required profile

• Formal education in computer science or equivalent (Bac +2).
• 1‑2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience in server administration and related management tools.
• Hardware installation, configuration and maintenance.
