Administrateur Système – Gestion AD, NAS et Odoo

About the role

INTELLISOLUTIONS is looking for a System Administrator to join its IT team in Birkhadem. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability and security of the company’s server infrastructure, ensuring that all services run smoothly for internal users and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Active Directory domain, manage user accounts and group policies.
• Maintain NAS storage, configure access permissions and monitor capacity.
• Manage the Odoo server, create accounts, assign rights and coordinate with developers for new implementations.
• Monitor the overall health of the IT environment, including hardware, software and network components.
• Provide first‑line IT support, configure workstations, laptops and smartphones, and troubleshoot issues.
• Track inventory of IT assets and oversee software license compliance.
• Install and deploy licenses for client projects and assist with ticket creation and follow‑up.
• Administer partner platforms and ensure proper integration with internal systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac+3).
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and ability to work in a team.
