IT Digital Workplace Services Analyst

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an IT Digital Workplace Services Analyst to provide Level 2/3 support for its digital workplace environment in Algiers. You will work within a collaborative team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and helping users adopt modern digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Digital Workplace services and handle incidents and service requests via ITSM tools (Ivanti or equivalent).
• Ensure SLA compliance and deliver high‑quality service.
• Participate in assigned IT projects.
• Administer Windows‑based end‑user environments (Windows 10/11).
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Deploy and maintain workstations using SCCM, Intune, or equivalent tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Manage access rights and security policies.
• Assist users in adopting and effectively using digital tools.
• Monitor service performance and availability.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
• Propose improvements and automation initiatives (PowerShell, process optimization).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Support / Digital Workplace.
• Strong team spirit and customer‑service orientation.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 end‑user environments.
• Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• ITSM tools (Ivanti or equivalent).
• SCCM / Intune for endpoint management.
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
