Lead Services Specialist - Customer Contract Management

About the role

Gevernova is hiring a Lead Services Specialist for Customer Contract Management, a remote position. The role provides pre- and post-contract support, including contract administration, terms and conditions, claims management, risk modeling and contract estimating for tenders and project reviews. It also supports departmental operations and carries out professional activities with some autonomy within established policies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
• Manage service agreements and time-and-material programs
• Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
• Resolve customer issues promptly and act as liaison between internal teams and customers
• Work with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service and repair service teams
• Manage people, including staffing and performance development
• Lead small, low-risk projects and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of customer contract management experience in the electrical sector, or 5 years as a resident engineer with local clients
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel about 30%

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking
• Practical knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma techniques, including Hoshin Kanri
• Ability to interface with customers and communicate clearly in writing and orally
