About the role
A leading multinational company is seeking a Legal Sign Administrator to support the daily administration and processing of documents through its Legal Sign system in Algiers. The role ensures timely handling, confidentiality, and proper documentation flow.
Key responsibilities
- Process assigned requests in the Legal Sign system.
- Print documents submitted for signature and coordinate with authorized signatories.
- Apply the company stamp when required and scan organized signed documents.
- Close completed Legal Sign requests in the system and send finalized documents back to requesters.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely processing of all documentation.
Required profile
- Degree or relevant qualification in Administration, Law, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication abilities and ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
- Proficiency in French and English is an advantage.
