Lounge Supervisor

About the role

The Lounge Supervisor oversees daily operations of the lounge area within the Trust Complex Buildings, ensuring high‑quality service and guest satisfaction. This full‑time position reports to management and acts as the first point of contact for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate staff to deliver optimal service, monitoring guest needs and seating availability.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall appearance, correcting deficiencies as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Create and process work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce company safety, security, and quality policies; report incidents and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a professional environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and verify information in various formats and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb.
