Manufacturing Operator – Converting & Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Operator I to work on our converting and packaging lines. You will operate a variety of equipment to produce high‑quality wipes and ensure smooth flow of finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Operate converting line equipment to load, thread, cut, fold, saturate and stack cloth materials.
• Run packaging equipment, loading film and labels to create complete wipe packages.
• Manage automated pick‑and‑place boxing lines, load boxes onto skids, shrink‑wrap pallets and transport them with a pallet jack.
• Perform cleaning, hand‑packing and other support tasks as needed.
• Read and follow equipment procedures, set up machines safely, and document product attributes on required forms.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and involve maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain product quality by adjusting processes within established specifications.
• Provide backup support for other positions and complete assigned projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand charts, indicators, control instructions and operator checklists in English.
• Basic math skills, including fractional and decimal calculations.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lb and work in warm or cold environments.
