Workshop Foreman – Wireline Services

About the role

The Workshop Foreman – Wireline Services leads the wireline crew, oversees workshop activities and ensures that personnel and equipment are ready for operational deployment. This frontline leadership role focuses on safety, efficiency and compliance with HSSE standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise wireline personnel, promoting safety, discipline and teamwork.
• Manage crew schedules, rotations, leave and deployment.
• Oversee workshop tasks including equipment readiness, maintenance, repairs, inspections and certifications.
• Ensure personnel competency through training, certification tracking and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HR and other support functions on workforce and equipment needs.
• Maintain accurate MyAdvisor asset records and support recruitment, onboarding and employee development.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies, client requirements, HSSE standards and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of wireline experience.
• 3–5 years in a foreman, supervisor, crew leader or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in crew management, workforce scheduling and workshop operations.
• Working knowledge of HSSE requirements and operational standards.
