Manufacturing Operator – Production Line

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Operator to run our converting and packaging lines, ensuring high‑quality wipes are produced efficiently. The role involves operating multiple machines, handling materials, and supporting overall production flow in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate converting line equipment to load, thread, cut, fold, saturate, and stack various cloth materials.
• Run packaging equipment, loading film and labels to create complete wipe packages.
• Control automated pick‑and‑place boxing lines, load boxes onto skids, shrink‑wrap, and transport pallets using a pallet jack.
• Perform cleaning, hand‑packing, and other manufacturing support tasks.
• Read and follow equipment procedures, set up machines safely, and document machine parameters.
• Monitor product quality, adjust processes within specifications, and report any machine failures.
• Maintain equipment and production area cleanliness and act as backup for other positions.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or at least two years of experience in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and understand charts, indicators, control instructions, and operator checklists in English.
• Basic math skills, including fractional and decimal calculations.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lb and work in warm or cold environments.
