Manufacturing Operator – Production Line

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Operator I to join our high‑volume manufacturing team. You will run converting, packaging, and automated boxing lines to produce high‑quality wipes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate converting line equipment to load, thread, cut, fold, saturate, and stack cloth materials.
• Run packaging equipment, loading film and labels to create complete wipe packages.
• Manage automated pick‑and‑place boxing lines, load boxes onto skids, shrink‑wrap, and transport pallets.
• Perform cleaning, hand‑packing, and other support activities as needed.
• Read and follow equipment procedures, set up machines safely, and document machine parameters.
• Identify machine failures, make adjustments, or involve maintenance.
• Monitor product quality and adjust processes to meet specifications.
• Complete regular equipment and area cleaning and serve as backup for other positions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand charts, indicators, control instructions, and operator checklists.
• Proficient in basic math, including fractional and decimal calculations.
• Capable of lifting objects up to 50 lb and working in warm or cold conditions.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English.
