Media Buyer & Growth Strategist for DTC E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Media Buyer and Growth Strategist to lead full‑funnel paid acquisition for DTC e‑commerce brands. You will work remotely with a fast‑moving, global team, shaping campaigns that drive millions in revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, monitoring blended ROAS, MER, and contribution margin.
• Collaborate with the creative team to analyze hook rates, reverse‑engineer winning TikTok/Reels formats, and generate high‑impact ad creatives.
• Optimize post‑click experience by proposing landing‑page improvements, new offer bundles, and running split tests to increase conversion rates and average order value.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in DTC e‑commerce media buying.
• Strong understanding of the entire customer journey, from creative hooks to post‑purchase experience.
• Excellent English communication skills for reporting to internal teams and high‑level clients.
