Monitoring & Evaluation Associate

About the role

The Monitoring & Evaluation Associate will support the implementation of M&E activities for programmes managed by the Project Support Unit. Working under the supervision of the Project Development and Reporting Officer and the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, the associate will contribute to data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure compliance with donor requirements and programme objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of M&E activities for all programmes, including results matrix and work plans.
• Assist in developing standardized M&E tools such as dashboards and innovative templates.
• Collect timely data in line with IOM data protection principles using surveys, interviews, focus groups and other methodologies.
• Compile and analyse periodic donor reports according to M&E plans and reporting schedules.
• Update programme results matrices and reporting calendars.
• Conduct monitoring visits or calls with beneficiaries as required by programme terms.
• Support adaptive learning, community response and feedback activities across projects.
• Prepare clear and innovative presentations of programme data.
