MRI Applications Specialist

About the role

The MRI Applications Specialist will provide training, application support, and system optimization for customers, ensuring they get the most out of Siemens Healthineers MRI solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer interaction to improve clinical workflows and support sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on improving clinical processes and workflows.
• Configure MRI systems and support the implementation of new practices.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Handle tickets, escalations, and customer complaints within required timelines.
• Contribute field expertise to the sales process, including product demonstrations and preparation of clinical cases for conferences and trade shows.
• Transfer knowledge to customers and share field feedback and best practices with internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or background as a Medical Imaging Technologist.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in MRI operation and clinical practice.
• Strong IT and computer proficiency.
• Fluent in both French and English.
