Nutritionist

About the role

We are seeking a Nutritionist to join our multidisciplinary wellness team and provide individualized and group nutrition counseling to corporate employees and clients. The role focuses on promoting sustainable behavior change, supporting weight‑management initiatives, and contributing to overall employee health and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans.
• Deliver nutrition education sessions, workshops, and clear, evidence‑based materials.
• Collaborate with HR, wellness, and medical partners to integrate nutrition services into broader wellness programs.
• Document consultations, maintain accurate client records, and ensure confidentiality.
• Support weight‑management initiatives and contribute to program development.
• Participate in data collection, reporting, and evaluation of nutrition services.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Professional certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a corporate environment and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and managing an on‑site schedule.
