OBR Resource Engineer – Gurgaon

About the role

We are looking for an experienced OBR Resource Engineer to join our data engineering team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on building and maintaining large‑scale data pipelines using the OBR Application suite, Python, and Google Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines on GCP using OBR Application and Python.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data engineering requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Create and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Write shell scripts to automate routine data processing tasks.
• Develop supporting tools and utilities in Java.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and data quality issues promptly.
• Stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
