万豪国际集团旗下艾美酒店在阿尔及利亚奥兰招聘一名餐厅经理，负责餐厅、酒吧和客房服务区（如适用）的日常运营与管理。该职位为全职，工作地点位于Les Genets，需现场到岗。
主要职责
- 监督餐厅、酒吧和客房服务区的服务与卫生标准，审核人员编制，确保宾客服务、运营需求和财务目标得到满足
- 管理员工，包括设定绩效标准、提供培训、辅导员工并维持团队士气
- 确保遵守食品处理、卫生标准及当地酒类相关法律，并监督酒水服务
- 处理客人投诉，收集反馈并推动服务持续改进
- 管理部门财务，包括采购和发票付款；助理餐厅经理缺勤时监督轮班
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历；4年餐饮、厨房或相关专业工作经验；或两年制大学餐饮/酒店管理相关专业学位及2年经验
- 具备领导力、沟通能力和团队合作精神
