Omnichannel Manager – Business Unit

About the role

The Business Unit Omnichannel Manager will lead the definition and execution of Sanofi's omnichannel engagement strategy for the assigned business unit. This role bridges global campaign design with local market needs, ensuring a seamless, customer‑centric experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the omnichannel strategy for the business unit, aligning with portfolio mix and go‑to‑market archetypes.
• Localise global campaign designs and adapt them to the specific conditions of the business unit and market.
• Standardise tactical omnichannel planning, including automated channel approaches, content creation and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the Go‑to‑Market Capabilities (GTMC) organisation, Digital teams and global hubs to ensure consistent tools, processes and best‑practice adoption.
• Drive agile decision‑making, maintain a customer‑centric perspective and balance risk with value creation for Sanofi.

Required profile

• Proven experience in omnichannel or digital marketing within a pharmaceutical or related life‑science environment.
• Strong understanding of go‑to‑market models, portfolio management and commercial operations.
• Ability to work across functions and geographies, fostering a “One Sanofi” approach.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on operational excellence.
