Operations Manager – Wireline

About the role

The Operations Manager – Wireline will lead the planning, organization, and execution of field operations with a strategic focus on safety, quality, and financial performance. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure the Wireline product line delivers high‑quality service to customers while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Wireline operational activities, defining resource requirements, crew and asset utilisation, and inventory management to optimise EBITDA.
• Maintain strategic focus on service quality, conduct regular customer Service Quality Review meetings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Foster continuous improvement initiatives, evaluate results, and implement enhancements to internal processes.
• Partner with sales to identify new business opportunities, align pricing, and support bid preparation.
• Oversee delivery ticket creation, end‑of‑well data recording, and final job summary approval in Weatherford Performance Tracking System.
• Manage equipment maintenance, modifications, and ensure adherence to technical manuals and FieldFX usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of Wireline operations experience (Cased Hole preferred or Open Hole).
• At least 3 years in a management role with responsibility for day‑to‑day operations and projects.
• 2+ years of P&L management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience working in Algeria is an advantage.
