About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities in Algiers. The role involves overseeing the full procurement cycle while ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting the petroleum engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement team.
• Conduct price inquiries and compare supplier offers.
• Organize bidding processes and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Oversee order execution and monitor delivery schedules.
• Inspect goods upon arrival to ensure quality and compliance.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience as a Procurement Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Algerian procurement laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with the petroleum industry material supply market in Algeria.
• Understanding of local procurement channels and logistics.
