Product Manager – Algeria

About the role

Amgen is hiring a Product Manager for Algeria within its Sales & Marketing Operations function. The role develops and executes strategic and tactical marketing plans for assigned products, turning international brand strategy into local execution. Reporting to the Country Commercial Lead, it drives brand performance through market insight, customer understanding and cross-functional collaboration, in line with Amgen's strategy and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Country Brand Plan and translate international brand campaigns into local strategies and action plans
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competition, monitor brand KPIs and support product launches, lifecycle management and long-range planning
• Run promotional campaigns, materials and customer engagement initiatives, and support scientific events, congresses and launch meetings
• Drive field engagement, coordinate competitive intelligence and business cases
• Work with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Business Planning, and with regional and international Brand Teams
• Manage brand budgets, resources and external vendors, and ensure compliance with Amgen policies, SOPs and regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business or a related field
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience in Product Management, Marketing or Commercial roles
• Experience in brand management and product launches; specialty-care experience is an advantage
• Good understanding of the Algerian pharmaceutical and healthcare environment
• Fluency in French and Arabic, with proficiency in English
