Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Marketing

About the role

MS Pharma is seeking a Product Manager to drive the marketing strategy for its portfolio of generic and biosimilar medicines. You will identify growth opportunities, launch new products, and support the field force across the Middle East, North Africa, and sub‑Saharan Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify threats, opportunities, and forecast sales.
• Lead new product launches and manage the overall product portfolio.
• Maintain and grow the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) portfolio and partner relationships.
• Monitor resource allocation, expenditures, and marketing support activities.
• Provide training and marketing materials to the field force.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, values, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Veterinary, Biology, Pharmacy or a Master’s in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical sector and at least 3 years in marketing.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic, French, and English.
