Production Supervisor

About the role

Henkel is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a dedicated production cell. You will be responsible for driving performance across key PQCDSM metrics, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coaching operators to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction and vision for the cell aligned with site and operations strategy.
• Coach and develop operators according to skill matrices.
• Own and execute daily, weekly, and monthly L‑DOR meetings, escalating issues as needed.
• Lead hands‑on problem solving for chronic losses and support DMS execution (SIM, AM, PM, PS).
• Collaborate with Process Engineer, Quality, VSU Leader, Training Manager, and HPS Engineer to analyze performance and implement loss‑reduction activities.
• Maintain and improve standard work, enforce safety and hygiene rules, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 systems.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Industrial Process, Food Processing, or related).
• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage personnel and meet production objectives.
