Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to turn inquiries into positive experiences, helping shoppers track orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
