Remote Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Remote Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will source and engage potential candidates, conduct initial phone screenings, and build a strong pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to candidates through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and determine if candidates meet position requirements.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with candidates.
• Schedule interviews and follow up as needed.
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing, calling, and recruiting targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with smooth, confident communication.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and speaking with new people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous recruiting, sourcing, sales, or customer‑facing experience is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with ATS platforms and basic computer tools.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.
• Motivated by targets and able to consistently meet performance expectations.
