Reservation Agent

About the role
We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Algiers – Cheraga Tower. The successful candidate will handle guest booking requests, manage reservations through phone and email, and contribute to maximizing room revenue while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservations accurately via phone, email and the hotel’s reservation system.
- Promote hotel services and upsell rooms to enhance revenue.
- Update and maintain reservation records in the PMS.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking journey.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism.
- Experience in reservations or front‑office operations preferred.
- Excellent customer service orientation and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in French and English.
Required skills
- Opera PMS (or similar reservation system) knowledge.
