Responsable Marketing

About the role

OneClick, a leading Algerian fintech, is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own the full marketing strategy and execution across its suite of digital financial services. You will drive both B2C and B2B campaigns, manage creative partners, and be accountable for customer acquisition and conversion performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the marketing strategy for all product lines, including top‑ups, gift cards, and the upcoming Super App.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and extend to Google or other channels as needed.
• Own performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the social media strategy and content calendar across platforms.
• Brief, review, and manage the creative agency to ensure brand consistency and high‑quality output.
• Report marketing results and growth insights regularly to the CEO.

Required profile

• University degree (Licence, Master, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to design strategic marketing plans and manage budgets.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
• Organised, reliable, and capable of running a department independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable reading data and making decisions based on metrics.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or content creators.
