Sales Account Coordinator – Algeria

About the role

The Sales Account Coordinator supports sales executives by ensuring smooth account management and efficient daily commercial operations. Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, the role helps drive customer satisfaction and sales performance across Algeria.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and commercial support to sales executives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate client projects and orders, liaising with internal departments for seamless execution.
• Prepare, maintain, and update commercial documentation, records, and customer data.
• Monitor contracts, pricing, and agreements to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and sales performance tracking.
• Support resolution of customer issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Account Coordinator or in a similar support role.
• Strong computer literacy and solid understanding of sales processes, policies, and rules.
• Good knowledge of the business environment and the sales organization.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized, rigorous, detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in English, French and the local language.
