Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to join our remote team on a long‑term basis. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support daily sales operations and help drive growth for our air duct cleaning, HVAC, and insulation services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide feedback on client interactions and market trends.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and focus.
