About the role

The Sales Account Coordinator supports sales executives by ensuring smooth account management and efficient day-to-day commercial operations. Acting as a link between clients and internal teams, the role coordinates projects, manages commercial data and handles routine client inquiries. It calls for strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales executives with day-to-day administration, account management and commercial activities
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling routine inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
• Coordinate client projects and orders, liaising with internal departments
• Prepare, maintain and update commercial documentation, records and customer data
• Monitor contracts, pricing and agreements for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with reporting, data analysis and sales performance tracking
• Support the resolution of customer issues and contribute to process improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong computer literacy
• In-depth knowledge of sales working processes, policies and rules
• Good understanding of the business environment and the roles within the sales organisation
• Ability to build effective client relationships, mainly in a back-office or support capacity
• Highly organised, rigorous and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in English, French and the local language
