Sales Attendant - Labeling and Thermal Transfer Solutions

About the role

LabelPack Etiquette & Transfert Thermique is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Attendant in Algiers. The Sales Attendant welcomes customers, understands their needs and gives product information and recommendations on labeling and thermal transfer solutions, working closely with the sales and administrative teams to support sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present quotations, process orders and manage point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain product displays and monitor stock levels
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Ensure accurate documentation in sales systems

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales, marketing or related fields is a plus
• Prior experience in retail, industrial supplies or printing/labeling solutions is an asset
• Ability to work on-site in Algiers and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment

Required skills

• Point-of-sale systems and office software (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools)
• Sales and negotiation, including handling objections and closing sales
• Basic administration: handling invoices, tracking orders and keeping records
