Sales Engineer – Industrial Services

About the role

Hydratight, a specialist within Enerpac Tool Group, is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive profitable growth of its industrial service solutions across Algeria. The role focuses on delivering leak sealing, bolting, and on‑site machining services to customers in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy and other heavy‑industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for industrial services, improving revenue and margins.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Visit end‑users, contractors, EPCs and project sites throughout Algeria, including coastal and desert regions.
• Deliver presentations, seminars and demonstrations to showcase service capabilities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
• Lead negotiations and secure contracts in collaboration with internal legal and commercial teams.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Coordinator and other internal functions to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably within oil & gas or related sectors.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Algeria.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
