Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding – Algeria is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance and day‑to‑day support across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to business managers, ensuring HR processes align with local legislation and corporate policies while driving talent development and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with managers and employees on HR matters, offering guidance on talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and industrial relations.
• Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, contract management, and onboarding of new hires.
• Facilitate employee development initiatives, career planning, and performance management activities such as reviews and calibration meetings.
• Stay current with HR best practices, labor legislation, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance across the organization.
• Collaborate with specialist departments, external service providers, and cross‑functional teams to implement HR solutions.
• Provide technical HR advice to line managers and employees, influencing adoption of new HR concepts and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of comprehensive HR experience covering talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and industrial relations.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering HR projects and initiatives in a multinational environment.
