Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Algeria

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, structured and people‑oriented Senior HR Business Partner to support our employees and leaders in Algeria. The role blends strategic HR partnership with operational tasks such as payroll preparation and recruitment support, working closely with local management, international HR teams and external payroll providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees.
• Advise on labor law, employee relations, organizational changes and HR policies.
• Support talent management, performance management and learning initiatives.
• Promote HR compliance and implement HR programs effectively.
• Collect, validate and prepare payroll‑relevant data.
• Serve as the main contact for external payroll service providers in Algeria.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Support audits, reporting and documentation processes.
• Assist end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection, conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with international Talent Acquisition teams.
