About the role
UCC Algeria is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to join its Head Office team. The role involves leading payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary calculations, and providing high‑quality service to employees.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for all staff.
- Maintain and optimise payroll systems, including PC Paie and SAP.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Produce payroll reports and support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll‑related queries.
Required profile
- Proven experience in payroll management.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead a payroll team.
